磁控溅射Fe/Mo多层膜的巨磁电阻及层间耦合 被引量:3

GIANT MAGNETORESISTANCE AND 1NTERLAYER COUPLING IN MAGNETRON SPUTTERED Fe/Mo MULTILAYERS

摘要 研究了DC/RF磁控溅射Fe/Mo多层膜的磁电阻特性.在反铁磁性耦合的样品中,观察到了磁电阻比率约为12%的巨磁电阻效应.当Mo层厚度改变时,还观察到了周期约为1.0—1.2nm的层间耦合振荡.另外,F/Mo多层膜的磁电阻比率不仅随Mo层厚度改变出现振荡,而且与Fe层厚度的改变也有着很强的依赖关系. We have investigated the magnetoreslstance of Fe/Mo multilayers prepared by DC/RF magnetron sputtering. A giant magnetoresistance with MR ratio about 12% at 4.2 K is observed in the samples with an antiferromagnetic interlayer coupling, and an oscillatory magnetic coupling is also observed as varying Mo layer thickness. Adjacent ferromagnetic Fe layers couple across the non-magnetic Mo layers ferro- or anti erromagnetically with a period about 1.0 to 1.2 nm. Of particular interests are that MR ratio is not only oscillatory as a function of Mo spacer thickness, but also closely related to Fe layer thickness.
