摘要
应用激子动力学方法描述扫描隧道显微镜(STM)隧道中电子运动的动力学行为新方案,推导得到了N吸附子STM系统纯相干记忆函数与时间无关时隧道电流与探针空间位置之间的一般关系式,讨论了公式的应用范围,并作为应用,具体计算了Dimer模型STM系统AU(110)2×1和3×1再构表面STM图谱,其结果与实验及其它理论符合得很好.
Applying a new programme of treating STM spectrum with the method of ex-citon dynamics, we obtained the formula relating the tunnelling current with the position of the tip about the N adsorbate's STM system under the condition that the purely coherent memory functions being independent of time, and discussed the range of application. As an example of application, we simulated the dimer adsorbate's STM spectra of Au(110)2×1, and 3×1 reconstructed surfaces. The reaul-tes are in good apreement with the experiments and other theories.
