摘要
在合适的切变速率和温度条件下,用3211毛细管流变仪研究了氯化聚氯乙烯(CPVC)的流变性能。CPVC 具有明显的剪切变稀特性。它的等切变速率流动活化能(E)并非是常数,其值与真实切变速率符合简单指数关系:E=_1(?)^(K_2)。CPVC 还具有粒子流动性,在剪切作用下粒子的破裂使得 E 值发生了变化。
Rheological properties of chlorinated polyvinyl chloride(CPVC)havebeen studied by means of Rheometer Instron 3211 in the range of shear rate10~1000s^(-1)at the appropriate temperature.With increasing shear rate,shearthinning of CPVC was observed clearly.The flow activation energy(E)ofCPVC at constant shear rate is not constant,its dependence of true shearrate follows the simple exponential relationship:E=K_1(?)(K_1·K_2 constant)The CPVC primary particles were observed in the scanning electron mi-croscope(SEM)Picture.The breakup of particles made E value changed.
