摘要
本文讨论了衣架式薄膜机头的计算机辅助设计。在获得树脂的(?)—(?)、非牛顿指数和流动常数 K 等的流变数据后,即便于计算岐管和每股料流的狭缝(阻流排)的△P。发现所有设计参数例如岐管角α,其直径 D 和缝隙距 T_o(见图1)将影响△P和横向的均匀流动,而 T_o 比其它参数的影响更大。采用 T_o、D 和 H 的最佳配合,可望制得厚度均匀的薄膜,△P 的公差小于5%。
In this paper,we discuss the computer-aided design of coat-hanger typeflat film die.After getting the rheological data of resin such as η_a-(?),thenon-Newtonian index,(m)and flow constant,(k),△p on manifold and slot(resistant barrier)of each stream can be easily calculated.It has been foundthat all the design parameters such as the angle of manifold、(d)its diameter(D)and the clearenee of slot(T)(see Fig.1)will affect on P and uniformityof flow in cross direction,while T does more than the others.A best combination of parameters T.,D,and H has been obtained withwhich film of uniform thickness can be produced,and the tolerance of △Pis less than 5%.
