摘要
本文叙述了采用连续喷雾碳化和喷雾干燥工艺(简称“双喷”工艺)生产超细碳酸钙(平均粒径为0.03—0.07μm)。通过喷雾干燥,可使碳酸钙表观团粒微细化(本产品表观团粒的平均粒径为12μm)。同时,由于在喷雾过程中活化剂能充分分散乃至汽化,所以粒子表面活化均匀。将这种工艺生产的“奥特钙”粉25份加入硬 PVC 塑料中,硬 PVC 塑料的冲击强度提高59%。文中还讨论了碳酸钙表面“润湿”活化机理。
Continuous spray carbonating and spray drying process(hereinafterreferred to as“Double Spraying”Process)has been adopted to manufacturesuper-fine calcium carbonate of average particle size of 0.03-0.07μm.Bymeans of spray drying,the apparent size of agglomerates of calcium carbo-nate can beminimized(average size of apparent agglomerates is 12μm).Meanwhile,the activators used can be dispersed sufficiently and evenvaporized during the spray drying process,so,the surface activation ofcalcium carbonate particles may be uniform.The impact strength of rigidPVC filled with 25 parts of“Ou-tu-Gai”powder manufactured“ wetting”activation mechanism was discussed as well.
