摘要
作者研究了 HDPE/CPE 的共混改性。考察了 HDPE 与 CPE 共混体系的相容性、形态结构与性能的关系。详细研究了共混体系组成或与形态结构、冲击强度等力学性能、耐环境应力开裂性(ESCR)的关系及其阻燃效果。结果表明:共混体系的冲击性能、ESCR 显著提高,并降低 HDPE 的燃烧速度,配合适量的辅助阻燃剂,可达到自熄或不燃的水平,且无滴落现象。
The compatibility,crystallinic behavior,mechanical properties,enviro-nmental stress cracking resistance(ESCR)of blend of high density polyeth-ylene(HDPE)and chlorinated polyethylene(CPE)were studied,and flameresistance of the blend were tested.The experimental results show that HDPEis somewhat compatible with CPE containing 36% chlorine.Addition of CPE toHDPE makes an impressive improvement in the impact strength and enviro-nmental stress cracking resistance.The burning rate(vertical test)of theblend decreases with the amount of CPE added.Addition of a suitable amountof synergistic flame retardant makes HDPE/CPE self-extinguishing or non-flammable and without dripping.
