摘要
本文介绍新开发的注塑机微机控制系统,该系统以 DJS 041微处理机为控制主机,包括 A/D、D/A 转换接口,程序控制器(PC)接口;可控硅触发接口;数显接口等。系统可对注射中的各种参数进行控制。本文还介绍了控制系统的硬件和软件结构以及温度调节方案和 PID 参数整定的方法。
