Study on the Physical Properties and Injection Molding Technique of ABS/PVC Alloy

本文讨论了 ABS/PVC 合金的热稳定性、流变性、耐冲击性、弯曲强度、阻燃性和加工特性。描述了注射成型中出现的问题及其解决办法。认为 ABS/PVC 合金大型制品加工的关键,在于 ABS/PVC 合金在成型过程中的流动性和热稳定性,利用自制 WX-Z 内润滑剂和一般热稳剂的协同效应,使 ABS/PVC 合金在195℃下的动态热稳定时间达60分钟,因而有可能注射大型制品。

In this paper,the thermal stability,rheological property impact resista-nce,flexural stregth,flame retardancy,and processability of ABS/PVC alloyhave been discussed.Also,some problems emerging in injection molding andtheir troubleshooting have been described.It is considered that key factor forinjection molding of large ABC/PVC parts are the flow ability and heat stabi-lity in the molding process.Taking the advantage of the synergistic self-madeWX-Z lubricant with effect of conventional heat stabilizer,the dynamic heatstabilization time may be up to 60min.under 195℃.This provides the possi-bility for inject molding of large molded parts.
