摘要
本文探讨了铝酸酯偶联剂在碳酸钙表面上的作用和反应,以及其在填充塑料中的偶联作用机理。发射光谱、分子荧光光谱及 X 射线显微分析均证实了偶联剂作用后的碳酸钙颗粒表面上存在偶联剂层;红外光谱则进一步证实了铝偶联剂在碳酸钙表面的作用(含化学作用)。铝偶联剂可明显改善碳酸钙与聚烯烃的相容性,碳酸钙填充聚烯烃塑料及其制品的熔融流动速率、断裂伸长率。
The coupling mechanism of aluminate coupling agents in filledplatics andthe reaction of aluminates on the surface of calcium carbonates are studiedin this paper.An aluminates layer creating on the surface of calcium carbo-nates particles is comfirmed by emission spectrometry,molecular fluorescenceanalysis and electron probe X-ray microanalysis Furthermore,IR spectrumanalysis has identified that the absorption of aluminates on the surface of ca-lcium carbonates is a partially chemical reaction The compatibility of caCO_3and polyolefins,as well as melt flow rate,surface gloss,breaking elonga-tion,and impact of filled compounds and its molded parts can he apparentlyimproved.
