摘要
测定了磨削过程磨削液主要成分和性能随加工的变化.结果表明,阴离子表面活性剂消耗很快,表面张力、电导率和出值随加工进行而增加,加之大量磨屑生成,最终导致表面粗糙度变差.
This peper determinated main component and Performance of griding fluid thatvary with machining during the process of grinding. It inditatedl that noptive- ion stiffob.tance exhausted very fast, surface tension, electroconducbility and the value of PH in.crease and a large amont of cutting was produce with maChiniop. At abet all theSeChanges leted the grade of surfaCe roughnoo to debase.
