本文介绍了注塑模浇注系统的计算机辅助设计。采用交互式人机对话的方式,输入有关塑料材料和成型工艺的参数;通过计算机模拟塑料在充模过程中的流动状态,可以得到最佳的流道和浇口尺寸。程序可以在 UV—68000超级微型机及 IBM—PC—XT 机上运行。

In this paper,the computer-aided design for feed system of injection mo-lds is described.By means of the interactive mode,the parameters of plasticsmaterials and molding techniques are input,Through the computerized simu-lation of plastics flow conditions in mold filling the optimium runner and ga-te dimension may be given.This program can run on UV—68000 super micro-computer or IBM-PC-XT computer.
