摘要
通过对三种磨削液的磨削性能、极化曲线的测试以及试件表层金相组织的分析,探讨了磨削过程的润滑和电化学作用.试验表明,磨削液中润滑剂应为适量;水基合成液的电化学作用可消除微观火花放电.
This peper studied the lubricant and electrochemical function during the grining byanalysing the metallographic structures of surfaces of workpieces,and testing the grindingproperties and polorization curves of three grinding liquids. The experiment shows that thelubricant components in grinding liquids should be approptiate quantity,and electrochemical function of the synthetic grinding liquid can eliminate the microscopical spark discharge.
