推杆沟槽圆锥凸轮设计的一种新方法

摘要 本文通过将圆锥面展成为平面建立了圆锥凸轮的当量盘形凸轮。当推杆的运动规律给定后,利用求当量盘形凸轮最小基圆半径的原理,为圆锥凸轮大小端半径的选择和圆锥凸轮结构尺寸的确定提供依据。并利用旋转变换张量建立了滚子中心轨迹、上廓线(滚子圆族的外包络线)、下廓线上点的空间向量方程,解出了滚子中心轨迹、上廓线、下廓线上点的坐标计算公式。 This paper states that by means of the method of evoltion of conical earn surface an equivalent disk earn could be found. After the type of the driven rod motion has been given and basing on the principle of how to decide minimun base circle radius of the equivalent disk earn the design of dimension of conical earn and radii of its upper and lower ends gains its reliability in addition, space vector equation could be established in terms of curl transform tensor governing the locus of the center of the roller as well as the upper and lower envelopes, so that the calculation formula for the coodinates of points on the locus of the roller center and both on the upper and lower evelopes could be derived.
