摘要
本文对提高Si-Mn-Mo系铸造高强度贝氏体钢冲击韧性的途径进行了探讨。冲击试验及显微组织分析试验结果表明:预珠光体化处理可以控制铸造粗晶组织遗传问题,加V、Ti合金元素可以进一步细化晶粒,从而均有助于提高铸造贝氏体钢的冲击韧性。
An improvement of impact toughness in Si-Mn-Mo alloy system high-strength cast Bainitic steels was investigated. The experimental results of impact test and microstructure analysis showed that the coarse grain heredity phenomenon in cast Bainitic steels may be controled by pre-annealing treatment process, additions of V and Ti may refine the grain size. The control measures contribute to increase the impact toughness of cast Bainitic steel.
