粒状贝氏体钢抗冲蚀能力研究

摘要 研究了回火温度、冲角、粒子尺寸、冲速对Si-Mn-Mo系低碳贝氏体钢抗冲蚀能力的影响以及固体粒子冲击下该钢的冲蚀行为。660℃回火后抗冲蚀能力最佳、表现出贝氏体铁素体板条束变形、分层、分片滑移的冲蚀行为。低温回火时冲蚀面亚表层有裂纹萌生和扩展。粒状贝氏体钢的抗冲蚀能力优于调质及淬火45钢。 Effects of tempering temperature, impingement angle, particle size and impact velocity on the erosion resistance of Si-Mn-Mo system bainitic steel with low carbon content are studied. Erosion behaviour of the steel under solid particle impingement is disctlssed. Erosion behaviour of the steel tempered at 660℃ shows deformation and lamination of ferrite strips, slipping of single strip. The specimens display best erosion resistance. Subsurface cracks are found in specimens tempered at lower temperature. Erosion resistance of granular bainitic steel gets the better of quenched and tempered 45 steel.
