摘要 介绍了过热盐水溶液蒸汽处理铁碳合金的化学热处理新方法。应用热力学分析出该方法的主要化学反应。通过试验确定了过热盐水溶液饱和汽体化学成分与热力学关系和铁碳合金表面氧化膜形成过程。对涂层成分和性能的检测确定了获得减摩涂层的最佳工艺条件。摩擦试验证实用该方法处理的灰铸铁/可锻铸铁摩擦付可使承载载荷提高一倍。 A new method of chemical heat treatment of iron-carbon alloys with overheated salted vapour aqueous solutions is introduced. The conducted thermodynamic analysis has shown the main chemical reactions. The chemical composition of saturating environment based on salted overheated aqueous solutions relative to thermodynamics and chemical processes during formations coatings on iron-carbon alloys were determined by tests. Examination of coating compositions and their properties have determined the optimum conditions for obtaining antibriction coatings. The friction test showed that a pair of gray cast iron-ductile cast iron with treatment could sustain turice as many loads as the same iron without treatment.
