摘要
为节省钢材和减轻整机重量,在受力分析的基础上采用厚壁无缝钢管取代原实心钢柱制造了WK—16X2000型卷板机。该机具有结构紧凑,操作灵活,运行可靠等优点。
In an effert to reduce the steel products and total weight of a plate bending machine the stress ofthe machine has been analysed and on the basis of the analysis, the action rollers of the model WK-16×2000 are made of heavy-gauge pipes in replacing the solid steel cylinders conventionally adopted. The model WK-16×2000 has Proved compact structure, smoothly operating and reliability.
