摘要
利用扫描电镜(SEM)等仪器对强制式混凝土搅拌机拌叶进行了深入系统的微观失效分析,揭示其主要磨损机理是:犁削、撞击凿削及碳化物破碎剥落。在此基础上,提出了改进拌叶寿命的方案.
The failure of concrete stirring machine vane is analysed by SAM. It is found that the ploughingcutting, striking and chisel-cutting, the desquamating and fracture of carbides are the major wear mechanism, from which the ameliorative measure of the vane is suggested.
