摘要
探讨了以往设计传动装置时传动比分配方法的缺陷,提出了优化传动分配思路,建立了n级定轴轮系传动比分配的数学模型并分析了模型的求解,根据三级定轴轮系传动比分配最佳方案,推导了n级定轴轮系设计使用的最优传动比分配的一般公式。
Offers a better idea about the relation of driving ratio at every stage of designing driving system. A rnal'tlematical model simulating a fixed axis gear train system is set up, by means of which, a better driving ratio allocation could be analysed and be solved. Based on this better project concerning the allocation of driving ratio among three individual stages, a gengeral formula available for the design of allocation of driving ratio n stages driving system with fixed axis is derived.
