摘要
应用克尔电光技术测量了直流高场强(20kV/cm)下铜-铝电极间液体介质(硝基苯)中的空间电荷,测量结果表明,空间电荷的密度和极性与电极材料、电极极性及电极的表面状态关系密切;铜-铝电极的极性变换时,介质中的空间电荷分布将出现过渡过程;过渡过程中的电荷极性及持续时间取决于电极材料和电极极性,文中还考虑电极材料组份及其功函数,分析了空间电荷分布的过渡过程的机理。
Abstract The space charge distrbutions in the dieletric liquid (nitrobenzene)between copper-alu-minium eletrodes in high DC electric field(20 kV/cm)were measured by Kerr electro-optotechnique. The measured results indicated that the intensity and the polarity of space chargedepended on the material,the polarity and the surface state of electrodes;a transient distribu-tion of space charge appeared when the polarity of electrode reversed;the polarity and thelasting time of transient distribution of space charge were dependent on the materials and thepolarity of electrodes.Considering the composition of electrode materials and their work-functions,theoretical analyses of the transient processes of space charge distribution were al-so given.
