摘要
使用粘性-非粘性相互作用技术,对离心式压缩机叶轮进行了流场分析,其中势流分析采用流线曲率通流方法,边界层逆分析采用Cebeci给出的反解法,文中对两个离心式叶轮作了实验研究,测出了叶轮出口处沿宽度方向的气流参数和叶轮总损失,分析结果与实验结果有着较好的吻合,充分表明本文提供的方法能为设计者预测离心式叶轮的性能。
The viscous-inviscid interaction technique has been used to analyse the flow field of cen-trifugal compressor impeller,The stream curvature throughflow method is applied to solveinviscid flow and the viscous flow solutions are obtained by solving inversely the boundary-layer equations proposed by Cebeci.The flow parameters along the impeller exit width andtotal losses for two impellers are measured and compared with the calculated results.Thecomparison shows that the approach presented in this paper can allow the desinger to predictthe centrifugal impeller performance and to make appropriate design decisions。
