摘要
在分析二元氨-烃类混合工质的气液固相平衡的基础上,揭示了二元氨-烃类混合工质“冰堵”的机理,并且分析了二组元高沸点工质的共晶点及多元混合工质的气液液固相平衡,证明了多元混合工质可以有效地防止固相的析出,并在此基础上,分析了三元混合工质的节流特性以及成分配比的影响,最后计算了四元氮-烃类混合工质的理论制冷量及理论制冷温度,并与实验结果作了比较,结果令人满意。
The dogging mechanism of binary mixtures containing nitrogen and alkanes is revealedon the basis of analysis of their vapor-liquid-solid equilibria. And also,the eutectic points oftwo-component mixtures with high boiling point alkanes and the vapor-liquid-liquid-solid e-quilibria are calculated.It is pointed out that one can protect the system from clogging effec-tively by using multicomponent mixtures,such as ternery mixtues.On the basis of the calcu-lation the throttling characteristics of a ternery mixture with nitrogen and alkanes and the in-fluence of the mole fraction of each component are analyzed.Finally,the theoretic refrigerat-ing capacity per mole and refrigerating temperature of a quartery mixture are calculated,andacomparison is made between the experimental and calculated results.
