摘要
用有限元方法对锅炉汽包和下降管组合结构的温度分布进行了计算,计算时考虑了锅炉启停过程中汽水间放热系数不同所引起的汽包上下壁温差,以及下降管接头的存在对汽包简体温度分布的影响,为正确计算锅炉汽包的热应力及其低周疲劳寿命提供了依据。
The transient temperature distribution of a structure composed of a boiler drum and its tubular joint was calculated with the finite element method.When calculating the tempara ture field during start up and shut down of the boiler,the existence of the tubular joint and the temperature differences from the top to the bottom of the drum inside wall were consid- ered,which turned out to have a great influence on the temperature distribution of the drum shell.The numerical results provide reliable basis for calculations of thermal stress and fa- tigue life of a boiler drum with cyclic loading.
