多孔SiO_2凝胶玻璃的孔结构研究

摘要 以正硅酸乙酯(TEOS)为原料采用 Sol-Gel方法制备了多孔 SiO2凝胶玻璃.研究了各种工艺因素如温度、溶剂(水、乙醇)、老化干燥条件等因素对孔径分布的影响,用电子显微方法分析了凝胶颗粒结构,采用 DTA、XRD研究了高温下凝胶玻璃的结晶情况. Porous silica gel glass was prepared by sol-gel process from tetraethoxysilane (TEOS). The effects of process parameters (such as type of solvents, temperature, drying conditions) on pore size distribution were studied. With the increasing amount of water, the pore size dis-tribution of gel glass becomes narrow and shifts to larger side. While when the ratio of C2H5OH/TEOS increases, the gelation time also increases and the average pore size reduces. Gels drying at high temperature has high specific surface area and large pore volume. The structure changes with temperature were analyzed by means of DTA and XRD.
