摘要 采用溶胶-凝胶工艺制备BaTiO3铁电玻璃陶瓷.选择材料的组成成份分别为Ba-Ti-B-Si-O和Ba-Ti-Al-Si-O.利用 XRD分析了上述两个体系的均匀凝胶在热处理后的结晶结构.借助SEM观察了微晶形貌.最后测试了这种玻璃陶瓷在不同的温度和频率下的介电常数和损耗,结果表明此类材料具有良好的介电性能. The preparation and structure of BaTiO3 glass ceramics prepared by Sol-Gel method are presented in this paper. Two systems of Ba-Ti-B-Si-O and Ba-Ti-Al-Si-O were studied. The crystalline structure of the two kinds of homogeneous gels was studied by XRD, and the crystalline morphology was observed by SEM. The dielectric properties of these glass-ceramics at different temperatures and frequencies were tested. The results indicate that these ma-terials have good dielectric properties.
