摘要
对两种类型的整体式翅片管热交换器(正弦波纹形和开缝翅片),在倾斜布置的情况下,测定了湿工况条件下的换热和阻力性能。着重讨论了冲击角为90、60、45和30(°)时,翅片间距和析湿系数对翅片表面的换热和阻力影响,最后,得出与冲击角、雷诺数和析湿系数等因素有关的换热和阻力综合关联式,以及对工程设计有用的一些结论。
The heat transfer and pressure drop characteristics of dehumidifying plate fin-and-tubeheat exchangers of two types of fin surfaces(sinusoidal and slotted ) inclined to oncomingflow were investigated. The inclined angle between the tube axis and the oncoming flow var-ied from 90°to 60°,45°and 30°,The influences of the fin pitch, dehumidifying coefficient, andinclined angle on the heat transfer characteristics were discussed. General correlations relat-ed to the Nusselt number(friction factor)and the inclined angle,Reynolds number and dehu-midifying factor were obtained which should be useful for engineering design。
