摘要
讨论了自由降落法对黄铜、碳钢、不锈钢等11种材料试样的冷态冲击磨损实验结果,颗粒对试样冲击速度控制在2.2~5.0m/s范围内,大致与实际流化床内固体颗粒对埋管的冲击速度相当,并对试样磨损率与颗粒冲击速度、角度、球形度及平均直径进行了回归,建立了低速冲击磨损经验公式,利用电子显微镜对被磨损试样表面进行了观察,探讨了低速度冲击磨损机理。
Particles were dropped onto taget specimens made of 11 different materials,The impactvelocity were in the range of 2.2~5.0m/s, Erosion rates were correlated as a function ofimpact velocity,angle and particle properties, According to the analysis of micrographiestaken by scanning electron microscope, the mechanism of low velocity impact erosion ontubes in fluidized beds was discussed。
