基于CNC坐标测量机的自由曲面曲线自动检测及处理系统

AUTO-INSPECTIONANDPROCESSSYSTEMOFEREE CURVES AND SCULPTURED SURFACES FOR CNC COORDINATE MEASURING MACHINES

坐标测量机是现代制造系统中不可缺少的测量装置，是ＣＩＭＳ环境下质量保证系统的信息源，自由曲面曲线的检测在质量保证中显得尤为重要。为此，文中着重介绍应用ＣＮＣ测量机进行曲面曲线自动扫描的一些关键问题，以及应用插值Ｂ样条和ＥＢ样条进行数据处理、测头半径补偿和误差评价的主要方法等内容，实践证明，该系统能够胜任自由曲面曲线检测这项工作。

CNC coordinate measuring machines are necessary measuring devices in themodernmanufacturing system, It is an information source of quality assurence system in CIMS , andthe inspection of the free curves and sculptured surfaces seems more important. Some keyproblems in applying CNC measuring machines to scan automatically free curves and sculp-tured surfaces are mainly presented. Application of the interpolating B-spline and EB-splineto make data process, compensation of the probe’ s radius and the basic methods of error e-valuation are introduced.It has been practically proved that this system is competent at thetask of inspecting free curves and sculptured surfaces。
