摘要
对所给出的流体剪切力测量装置Stanton管,在空气管流与风洞中进行了广泛的试验研究,试验表明,这种差压管所测量的流体剪切力值可由文中所导出的公式表示为压差的幂函数,Stanton管的敏感结构尺寸在于它的总高度H,若能从结构上将Stanton管在固体表面法向上的高度尺寸降至湍流边界层层流底层厚度以下,则可不必对其进行标定而直接利用公式从压差值△P导算出流体剪切力。
The typical wall bounded shear stress measuring devices , Stanton tube was investigatedin a pipe and in a wind tunnel within a wide measurement range, The experimental resultsshow that the shear stress can be described as a funtion of differential presure,τ=C△P0.5~1.0.The formula has the same form as derived from the physical model presented in thispaper.The critical dimension of Stanton tube is its pressure orifice height H. It would workwith no calibration on the condition that the height of the tube’s orifice is lower than that oflaminar sublaver and the value of shear stress can be calculated bv the formula where C e-quals and n equals 0.5.
