摘要
对40Cr钢和50优质碳素钢典型工件进行了大功率感应脉冲淬火试验研究。结果表明,与普通高频淬火相比较,感应脉冲淬火工件变形微小,并可获得超常增硬效果;工件表面组织中,原始奥氏体晶粒超细化,极细的马氏体单元呈分散、混乱排列,马氏体板条的位错密度和马氏体片的孪晶密度均提高1倍。
A high power pulse induction hardening research on 40Cr steel parts and 50 carbon steel parts is done. The results show that pulse induction hardening can lead to super-hardening effects, giving little deformation of the hardened parts. Compared to ordinary high frequency induction hardening, it gives super--fine original Austenite grains, and the Martensite units are scattered, not arranged in order. The dislocation density in lath Martensite is two times of that of ordinary high frequency induction hardening, and the twin crystal density is two times as well.
