摘要
在分析MRP-Ⅱ运行机理的基础上描述了构成MRP-Ⅱ系统各功能模块之间的相互作用,提出了综合使用JIT、MRP和GP的方案,并在MRP-Ⅱ系统中插入模拟环节以改善系统性能,在此基础上给出柔性MRP-Ⅱ系统的控制模型。
Based on the analysis of mechanism of MRP-Ⅱ operation, this paper describes the interactions of each functional module block which forms MRP-Ⅱ system, and also presents the method of integrated application of JIT, MRP and GP. Also, the simulation procedures are incorporated into MRP-Ⅱ system so as to improve the performances of the system, on the basis of which, the control module of flexible MRP-Ⅱ system is given.
