Type Synthesis of 10-bar One-D. O. F. Linkages

摘要 根据含复铰的十杆单自由度机构结构类型多、结构复杂的特声、引入一种表示复铰机构结构的新方法──加权双色缩图法。机构的加权双色图与机构的结构图具有一一对应的关系,利用这种加权双色缩图可以方便地实现较复杂的复铰机构的类型综合。对含复铰的十杆单自由度机构的结构类型进行了研究,得到2279种独立的十杆复铰类型。 in view of the complicatedness of structures of 10-bar one-degree-of-freedom (D. O.F. ) linkages with multiple joints and the variety of their structural types, a completely newmethod, the weighted double-coloured contracted graph(WDCCG) method, is proposed in thispaper. The linkage's WDCCG has an one-to-one relationship to its structural schema. UsingWDCCG, the type synthesis of linkages with multiple joints can be carried out conveniently. 10bar one-D. O. F. linkage has been investigated in depth, 2279 independent structural types beingobtained firstly.
