摘要
从理论上说明离散余弦变换（ＤＣＴ）和离散傅里对变换（ＤＦＴ）之间的连系与差别．用协方差的相关性说明ＤＣＴ优于ＤＦＴ．
he relation and difference between discrete cosine transform (DCT) and discrete Fourier transform (DFT) were studied theoretically. According to the interrelation of the covariance of data, DCT is superior to DFT.
