抽油机液压伺服加载试验装置的系统辨识

摘要 为能模拟抽油机的真实负载并使试验现代化和简单化.笔者设计了一种用计算机控制的抽油机的液压伺服加载试验系统.文中介绍了当液压伺服加载到抽油机上时,使用伪随机二位式序列辨别系统,找到比较理想的参数模型,给出m序列和m序列响应,通过相关分析法,设计出最优输入信号,从而成功地解决了力和位移两个参数的同步控制,实现了将输入示功图按负载的悬点位置严格的对应关系,方便、准确地将载荷加到抽油机悬点上,达到了较高的精度等级. To simulate the real loading of a rod pumping unit and to make the test more modern and easier, a new hydraulic servo loading test apparatus was designed by the authors. The apparatus is controlled by a computer. By applying a psedo-random binary sequence identification system,a more ideal parameter pattern was obtained when the hydraulic servo was exerted on the rod pumping unit. The m sequence and its response are given. And by using the correlation anelysis. method,the optimum input signal was designed and synchronous control of two parameters-force and displacement was realized' The strict corresponding correlation of load and pendent p6int position was achieved in terms of indicator diagram. Thus,the load'can be conveniently and accurately exerted on the pendent point of the rod pumping unit and a higher accuracy was obtaned.
