胶束溶液中薄膜扩展剂的含量分析

Content Analysis of Film Spreading Agents in Micellar Solution

薄膜扩展剂是一种高分子型的非离子表面活性剂，常用于稠油油藏的蒸汽吞吐或蒸汽驱中．它在水及油中溶解度较低，常与乙醇、乙酸等复配成其胶束溶液．而股束溶液中薄膜扩展剂的含量分析是合理使用薄膜扩展剂的重要条件之一，用比色分析法对胶束溶液中薄膜扩展剂的含量进行了分析及添加剂对其影响进行了研究．结果表明，该分析方法准确性高，操作简便，受添加剂的影响较小．

Thin film spreading agents(TFSA) are often used in steam stimulation or steam flooding of heavy crude oil reservoir. The solubleness of TFSA in water or oil is very low.So they are often mixed with alcohol and other additives in micellar solution.As content analysis of TFSA in micellar solution is very important for rationally using TFSA,this paper analysed the content of TFSA in micellar solution by colorimetric method and studied the effect of additives on TFSA.The results proved that the analysing method is very accurate and easy to operate.The effect of additives is very little.
