摘要
在3种进口的电驱动钻机的控制系统中,对发电机输出的有功功率和无功功率分别进行了不同的变换.其中RILL系统利用二极管桥式开关电路,由各相电压对开关电路的导通时间进行控制,从而控制各相电流的流通时间,使开关电路分别输出有功分量和无功分量;μDRLLTM300O系统中采用乘法器和加法器的不同组合,变换出与发电机有功功率和无功功率成比例的电压信号;IPS系统则是将两个反映发电机不同线电压和相电流的乘法器输出分别输至两个低通滤波器的不同输入端。
In the control system of three imported electric driving drilling rigs,the active power and reactive power exported by the generator are transformed respectively. In the RILL system, there is a diode bridge switching circuit. Its time of conducting is controlled by respective phase voltage. The conducting time of respective phase current is thus controlled and the switching circuit is made to export active power and reactive power; respectively. In the μDRILLTM 3000 system,different combinations of multiplier and adder are used to transform voltage signals which are in proportion to the generator's active power and reactive power. In the IPS system,the output signals of two multipliers which reflect the generator's different line voltage and phase current are respectively transmitted to different input terminals of two low-pass filters. The filters exports active power and reactive power respectively.
