摘要
游梁式抽油机减速器的平均效率是分析抽油机动态性能的重要工作参数,用常规方法很难对减速器输出轴转矩瞬时值进行连续测量,所得到的只是平均转矩,其测试结果也有误差.本文介绍了用NEC公司生产的NK-7690遥测仪同步测试电机、抽油机曲柄轴转矩,用测速电机测电机转速的方案,最后算出一冲程内电机及减速器输出轴功率,再用积分法算出二者在一冲程内的功则可算出减速器的平均效率.
The average efficiency of a beam-pumping unit's decelerator is an important performance parameter for analysing the dynamic performance of the beam pumping unit. It is very difficult to measure continuously the instantaneous value of torque of decelerator output shaft by conventional method. The torque obtained by conventional method is an average value and might have errors. This paper introduces briefly the program of measuring synchronously the torque of motor and beam pumping unit with Nk-7690 telemeter made by NEC Co.,and measuring synchronously the rotary speed with a velodyne. The output shaft power of the motor and decelerator in a stroke was calculated eventually. The work done by the motor and decelerator in a stroke was then calculated by integral method and the average efficiency can thus be obtained. The paper also presents the measured results of two working conditions. By analysing the measured results,it is believed that this program and method are practicable.
