腹腔镜胆囊切除术的麻醉及血气分析变化

ANESTHESIA OF LAPAROSCOPIC CHOLEOYSTECTOMY AND ALTERATIONS OF BLOOD GAS ANALYSIS

对腹腔镜胆囊切除术（ＬＰＣ）病人的麻醉及ＣＯ_２气腹对机体的影响进行初步探讨，认为采用静脉普鲁卡因复合麻醉气管插管控制呼吸，麻醉调节方便，能满足手术要求，术后苏醒迅速，能有效防止ＣＯ_２气腹对呼吸的影响。

Preliminary discussion about the anesthesia of patients undergoing laparoscopic choleoystectomy and the effect of pneumoperitoneum of CO2 on the organism showed that for respiration control,using intravennous procaine balanced anesthsia endotracheal intubation could conveniently regulate anesthesia,satisfy the requirements of operation,quickly awake the patients from the operation,and efectively prevent respiration from the effect of pneumoperitoneum of CO2.
