硒对克山病病区低硒居民红细胞GPX蛋白的影响 被引量:4

摘要 给克山病病区14岁~16岁居民每日口服200μg硒(亚硒酸钠或硒酵母)12周测定红细胞硒含量、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GPX)活性和GPX蛋白水平,以探讨补硒对人红细胞GPX蛋白的影响。结果说明:①硒水平不仅可增加克山病病区人体红细胞GPX活性,而且对GPX蛋白水平也有提高作用;(②硒酵母硒对红细胞GPX蛋白水平的增高作用比亚硒酸钠硒明显。 To evaluate the influence of selenium (Se)-supplementation on glutathione peroxidase (GPX) protein contents in erythrocyte, residents aged 14-16 yr from a 1ow-Se Keshan disease area were given orally 200μg Se daily as Se-yeast or sodium selenite for 12 wk, Se contents, GPX activities and GPX protein levels were measured. The results demonstrate:①Se-supplementation not only can increase erythrocyte GPX activities of low-Se inhabitants in the Keshan disease area, but also elevate GPX protein contents; ②the effect of Se in Seyeast is more apparent than selenite in enhancing erythrocyte GPX protein levels.
