非何杰金淋巴瘤患者红细胞膜蛋白成份的改变

ALTERED ELECTROPHORESIS OF ERYTHROCYTE MEMBRANE PROTEINS IN NON-HODGKINS LYMPHOMS

本文测定了4例非何杰金淋巴瘤（NHL）患者和10例正常人红细胞膜蛋白电泳。结果显示NHL病人在4.5区出现一染色较深的带,4.5区波峰面积达20.5％,超过正常范围。结果说明:NHL病人红细胞膜蛋白成份也发生了改变,这可能是NHL病人贫血的一新原因,其发生机理有待于进一步研究。

The electrophoresis of erythrocyte membrane in 4 Non-Hodgkins Lymphoms (NHL) patients and 10 normal people has been measured in present study. The results showed that hyperchro-matic band was displayed in band 4.5, The area of spike in band 4. 5 was 20. 5% in NHL patients whichincreased significantly in comparison with normal. Our results suggest that the components of erythrocyte membrane proteins have been changed. It may be a new reason of anemia in NHL and the mechanism is needed to be studied.
