摘要
3次重复实验研究了酸枣仁油对艾氏腹水癌小鼠体重和生存期的作用。本研究实验条件稳定,诱癌率为100％。酸枣仁油以1.40m1/kg和0.35m1/kg剂量灌胃能明显延长荷瘤小鼠的生存天数,生命延长率大于50％,明显抑制荷瘤小鼠生命后期的体重增长,说明酸枣仁油对艾氏腹水癌小鼠有明显抗肿瘤作用。
The effects of oil of Semen Zizyphi spinosae (OZS) on life-span and body weight of mice suffering from Ehrlich Ascites Cancer (EAC) were studied three times. EAC was induced successfully by transplanting in all of mice. It was found thatOZS at 0.35 or 1.40 ml/kg could prolong life-span remarkably over 50% and inhibit increase of body weight of EAC mice. The results showed that OZS has antineoplastic effects on EAC mice.
