摘要
作者总结了１８例经手术病理证实的胆囊癌ＣＴ表现，并对其中４例漏误诊的原因进行了分析。认为胆囊壁不规则增厚、胆囊腔内结节和胆囊区肿块是胆囊癌不同发展阶段的主要征象。薄层增强扫描是提高ＣＴ诊断率和减少漏误诊的有效方法。
The present article summarized the CT manifestation of 18 cases of gallbladder carcinoma demonstrated by s urgical operation and pathyological examination, Among them, 4 cases of the missed or the mistaken diagnosis were analysed. The authors consider that the irregular thicker of the billcyst wall, the little node in the cavity of the bilecyst, the lump in the gallbladder area are the main indications of the various processing stages in gallbladder carcinoma growth. It indicates that the thin layer enhancing CT scan is an effective method to raise the CT diagnostic rate and to reduce the missed or the mistaken diagnostic rate.
