摘要
本实验观察了香菊流浸膏对正常小鼠及单纯疱疹病毒Ⅰ型(HSV-Ⅰ)感染小鼠免疫功能的影响。结果表明:香菊流浸膏能显著改善HSV-Ⅰ感染小鼠的免疫状况。可使HSV-Ⅰ感染小鼠的腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬率由23%提高到36%,吞噬指数由0.65±0.18提高到0.92±0.16,血清溶血素半数溶血值由104±33.12提高到184±79.77,脾淋巴细胞转化指数由1.13±0.09提高到1.25±0.08。
This experiment observed the influence of Xiang Ju Liuqin Gao on the normal mice and the HSV-1 infected mice. The results showed that Xian Ju Liuqin Gao had no influence on normal mice but could remakablly enhance the immunological function of HSV-1-infected mice. It could increase the celiac macrophage phagecytic rate from 23% to 36% and the macrophage phagecytic index from 0.65±0.18 to 0.92±0.16, the 50% hemolytic value from 148±33.12 to 184±79. 77, the spleen lymphocytes transformation index from 1.13±0.09 to 1.25 ±0. 08 of HSV-1-infected mice.
