白细胞透析液对山羊外周血白细胞的影响

THE EFFECT OF DLE ON THE GOATS' PERIPHERAL LEUCOCYTES

应用山羊免疫脾细胞透析液，普通脾细胞透析液及生理盐水，分别注射３组健康同种山羊。实验前、后经颈静脉采血，对３组动物外周血白细胞计数及分类计数。发现免疫脾细胞和非免疫脾细胞透析液均能显著提高山羊外周血白细胞总数（Ｐ＜０．０１）：对白细胞分类计数的比例无明显影响（Ｐ＞０．０５）；免疫和非免疫脾细胞透析液在提高山羊外周血白细胞总数方面无显著差异（Ｐ＞０．０５）。

The goats were subdivided into three groups. The first group of goats were injected with HBsAg-DLE made from the immune spleen of the same species of goats with HBsAg. The second group of goats were injected wlth N-DLE made from non-immune goats' spleen; The third grnup of goats were injected with NS. After that, we measured the count of the goats' peripheral blood leucocytes.We found that the counts of both the first group of goats' and the second group of goats' peripheral blood leucocytes were increased obviously (P<0.01). However, there were no changes of the subsets of blood leucocytes (P>0. 05).
