摘要
为观察氟骨症血清ＣＴ、Ｃａ、Ｐ等的变化，研究其意大，本组采用美国ＤＰＣ公司提供的降钙素放免药盒，对６０例氟骨症患者检测的结果为：血清ＣＴ、Ｃａ、Ｐ水平显著降低，ＡＫＰ活性升高；ＣＴ水平与［Ｃａ２＋］呈正相关，而同Ｘ线分型无关。
Serum calcitonin, calcium, phosphorus and serum alkaline phosphatase in 60 cases of skeletal fluorosis were determined with radioimmunoassay and automatic biochemistry analyser(DPC company, USA). The experimental results showed: ①the levels of serum calcitonin, calcium and phosphorus were significantly lower; ②the levels of serum calcitoin and calcium showed a possitive correlation, ③the levels of serum calcitonin with ages and courses showed a negative correla tion.The authors made reseaches on the serum calcitonin and calcium.
