汉中盆地水资源与农业生产

Water Resource and Agricultural Production in the Hanzhong Basin

根据汉中盆地降水、径流资料，研究盆地水资源及其特征。结合自然条件和灌溉试验资料，分析了水稻、小麦等作物生育期的降水量、径流量和耗水量，并计算出不同水平年作物生育期的水分盈亏。针对农业用水问题，提出了兴修蓄水工程，改造旧工程，加强渠道防渗，建立节水农业，完善节水灌溉制度，推行节水灌溉技术；加强灌溉管理，实行多水联用、一水多用，充分发挥水资源综合效益，为发展农业生产提供科学依据。

Based on the practical data of precipitation and run off in the Hanzhong basin,the authorshave studied the water resource in the basin and its characteristics.Taking into account of the naturalcondition and experimental data of watering,the authors have analyzed the amount of precipitation ,run off and wheat ,concalculated the quantity of surolus or shortage during need of water consumptionin agriculture,the authors put forward the following in agriculture ,the authors water storage projects,reducing canal seepage,raising agriculture gaving water ,improving water,developing the spreading thetechnique of saving irrigation ,strengthening benefit water resources.
