摘要
甜菜子叶气孔密度的大小,是其品种的特性之一,与品种类型有关.即高糖型品种的子叶气孔密度>丰产型>四倍体,是类型间的群体特性.尽管气孔密度存在着一定的变异,但一般仍与块根含糖率成正相关,所以,子叶气孔密度选择法,是生理选种的重要方法之一,有助于提高选择效率,对加速甜菜育种进程有一定的理论和实践意义.
The stomatal density of sugarbeet cotyledon which related to the varietal
types, was one of the characters, i, e. the stomatal density of cotyledon were
characters of population in different types, the order was high sugar type>high
yield type>tetraploid. Although there was a definite variation in stomatal
density, in generally, it took the positive correlation to sugar content in
roots, and sugar content increase or decrease in some extent with stomatal
number. As the result, the beet type with a definite productivity and higher
sugar content could be bred by selecting for stomatal density of cotyledon.
Therefore, we considered that the selection method in stom tal density of cotyledon is one of important methods for physiological selection in sugar-beet breeding. This method, with in vivo, simple, convenient and accurater characteristics, has contributory to raise selection efficiency, and a has definite theoretical and practical significance to speed up sugarbeet breeding procedure.
