陕西高校、研究所、企业的科技成果比较研究

Comparative Study on Scientific Research Resultsprovided by Universities,Research Institutes or Factories in Shaanxi

对陕西省１９８６～１９９１年６年间的２０７９项已完成的科技成果作了调查，进而对陕西省科技成果生产方３大方面─—高校、研究所和企业科研机构─—在科技成果投入、成果的特征及成果转移、收入３方面进行了比较研究，并提出了高校科研应加强微观经营效益、缩短课题研究周期，争取无形效益等对策和建议。

research and development productes provided by universities, research institutes orfactories in Shaanxi province from 1986 to 199l are investigated. The investments,the rates of trans-formation into industrial production and the profits from the transformation of the products ,some sug-gestions are presented.
