中国大鲵离体小肠的电活动与收缩活动 被引量:1

A Study on Electrical and Contractile Activities in the Small Intestine of Chinese Giant Salamander in Vitro

摘要 以小肠电和小肠纵肌张力为指标,用同步记录法研究了中国大统离体小肠电活动与纵肌张力间的关系。结果表明:①大鲵离休小肠的电活动包括慢波及峰波。慢波形态不规则,波与波之间界线不清;峰波呈单个或簇状,负载于慢波之上。②大鲵离体小肠张力活动始终存在,但节律很慢,一般为0.4~1.3次/min(平均0.84±0.28次/min)。小肠电峰波的个数、振幅与小肠张力的相关现象不明确。慢波亦可触发纵肌收缩,在无峰波而仅有慢波时,仍可有节律性甚至活跃的收缩活动. Simultaneous recotding of electrical and contractile activities in the londitudinal muscle lay-er of Chinese giant salamander(Andrias davidianus)small intestine is performed in vitro to study thepossible coordination of the activities.The results are as follows :(1)The electrical activity consists ofslow wave and spike potential.The shape of the slow waves is irregular,and there are no clear bound-aries between。The spike potential appears in a single or cluster form on the slow wave,(2)The con-tractile activity is present all the time,but its rhythm is very slow,generally varies in 0.4~1.3 cycle/min。(3)The spike potential can increase the force of the muscle contraction,but its number and mag-nitude are not always related to the muscle contraction。The slow wave can induce muscle contraction,the mdscle contlation may occur in absence of the spike potential。
