摘要
应用同位素示踪技术,观察了 ̄3H-cAMp在小鼠体内代谢、吸收、分布和排泄过程。得出了 ̄3H-cAMp在小鼠体内放射性浓度变化规律的数学模型是具有吸收因素的一室模型。用非线性最小二剩估计法求得8个动力学参数。统计检验表明,提出的机制能较好地拟合实验结果。
The pattern of the metabolism,absorption,destribution and exctetion of  ̄3H-cAMP in micein vivo is observed by means of tracing technique of radioisotope.The result shows that themethematic model of blood radioactive consistency variety regular pattern of  ̄3H-cAMP is amonocompartment model which has a profound absorption factor.Seven kinetic parameters have beenobtained by non-linear regression analysiS.Statistical tests indicate that the kinetic data fit the rateequation based on the mechanism.
